Elemental Swords

The elemental swords are a set of legendary shortswords which all share a behavior in which they randomly roll for powerful effects on each successful strike. The base chance of one of these effects occurring is 10% on strike, but this chance is boosted to 30% if the wielder of the sword has melee class armor equipped.

The following sections list the abilities of each elemental sword when you succeed the roll for getting its effect.

Ravenous Feast (4% chance) Gain a stackable +0.1x bonus player scale and outgoing damage modifier which lasts 5 minutes.

Fire (48% chance) Burn your target for 90 damage over a couple seconds.

Ice (48% chance) Freeze your target in place and stun them for 3 to 5 seconds. Less effective on bosses. Target becomes immune to control effects for the next 15 seconds.

Shatter (4% chance) Deal 1000 damage to your target.
