In Age of Dungeons, you can acquire curses which hinder you by taking up an inventory slot as well as additional debuffs.
Broken Wings - Having Holy Knight Armor then becoming chaotic. Deducts 300 max health and 500 max mana
Mana Shock - Acquired by overcharging mana(I think going past double your max mana). Deducts 200 max mana
Mind Toxin - Acquired by being damaged by Mantis or Scorpion miniboss. Causes poison to damage mana alongside health
Demon's Mark - Upon aquiring the legendary sword Gram. Deducts 350 max health
