In Age of Dungeons, you can acquire curses which hurt you by taking up an inventory slot as well as other ways. Besides taking up an inventory space, curses can deduct your maximum hp and maximum mana.
Broken Wings - Having Holy Knight Armor then becoming chaotic. Deducts 300 max health and 500 max mana
Mana Shock - Acquired by overcharging mana(I think going past double your max mana). Deducts 200 max maba
Mind Toxin - Acquired by being damaged by Mantis or Scorpion miniboss. Causes poison to damage mana alongside health.
Demon's Mark - Upon aquiring the legendary sword Gram. Deducts 350 max health
